The Payroll Associate - Output Team is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll output activities and operations for assigned payroll processes. Working as a part of a broader payroll team, the Payroll Associate ensures a compliant payroll aligned with regulatory and company standards.
This role supports audit, handles payroll issues, prepares detailed reports and works closely with PX, Finance and external vendors to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned payroll processes in accordance with established procedures and timelines
- Perform post‑payroll audits, including review of payroll outputs and basic variance checks
- Validate basic wages, taxes, and deductions against expected results
- Prepare, produce, distribute, and validate standard post‑payroll reports and files
- Execute routine payroll controls and compliance checks using established audit checklists
- Document and track identified issues and escalate discrepancies according to guidelines
- Support routine month‑end, quarter‑end, and annual payroll activities
- Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and audit trails
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with PX and Finance partners to support day‑to‑day payroll operations
- Serve as backup support for other team members as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field required
- 1-2 years of payroll, accounting or human resources experience
- Knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-country (multi-state) or international payroll processing
- Experience with multi-country (multi-state) or international payroll tax filing
- Experience with payroll software (e.g. ADP, Workday, SAP)
- Certified Payroll Professional, or similar professional designation
- Ability to speak multiple (additional) languages is a plus

May need to work non-standard hours depending on countries / payroll cycles assigned and payroll processing schedule.
