Responsible to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policy and government regulations.
Analyzes, audits, reconcile, and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.
Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, and garnishment issues for payroll processing.
Respond to and resolve employee inquiries.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrated flair for numbers and strong analytical skills
Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization, etc.)
Ability to meet tight deadlines, stay accountable and thrive under pressure
Strong attention to details and a problem-solving mindset
HR or payroll experience (2 – 3 years) is a plus
