MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate and timely process of all transactions and / or process in full compliance with guidelines, procedures and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and resolve claims received in compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure input data within the systems is accurate and output reports are readily available and supported by correct documentation.
- Verify and confirm that work is done with accuracy, high quality, timeliness and that all transaction documentation is available upon request.
- Coordinate data gathering to respond to requests for information from internal and external resources.
- Prepare operational and regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Bank to resolve incidents and assist in improvement initiatives.
- Perform essential office and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and ensure the correct and continuous flow of transactions through the different channels or devices.
- Ensure the proper use and operation of the equipment available in the bank.
- Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate, technical degree or approved credits in Business Administration or related field required.
- One (1) year of transaction processing, clerical or money handling experience highly desirable.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Excellent communication skills required. English proficiency preferred but not required.
- Basic mathematical skills required. Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities required.
- Proactive problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask observing the defined quality standards.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge in MS Office required.
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends according to business needs is required.
WORK AUTHORIZATION & ELEGIBILITY:
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
- Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
