Role Responsibilities

  • Process and validate outbound transactions, ensuring that items are verified within SLA, that they meet currency cut off and ensuring that payments are released in accordance with local routing requirements.
  • Review data received from internal/external parties, compiling beneficiary templates for customers to utilize.
  • Monitor WUBS Systems and validate the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met.
  • Ensure all input is correct.  Escalate issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary. 

Role Requirements

  • 2 Year college degree in business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in consumer and/or commercial collections.
  • English required, (76% B2+ - minimum).
  • Knowledge in excel (certification is a plus).
  • Detail oriented, excellent organizational and operational skills, ability to identify key issues and multi-task under tight deadlines.
