Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM
Location: Onsite - 7242 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32818
Primary Responsibilities:
- Checking in and out, patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering billing questions
- Managing patient medical records
- Direct patient facing
- Handles multiple phone lines
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience working in medical office front desk or call center
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS office (Words, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
