- 3–8 years of relevant experience in project management, co-lending, partnerships, or key account management
- Experience managing relationships with investors on a platform
- Understanding of personal loans, unsecured and secured business loans, home loans, and vehicle loans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working across teams
