As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Mainstay, you will play a critical role in driving growth, innovation, and expansion at Mainstay by proactively managing our partner relationships and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. This position involves working closely with a Partnership Director to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and foster strong loyalty among our partners.

  What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand and retain your portfolio of partners in alignment with Mainstay's business growth goals
  • Proactively manage partner relationships to identify potential issues, spot opportunities for upselling, and enhance partner satisfaction and retention
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to grow your network and expand brand awareness of Mainstay in the industry
  • Oversee all aspects of managing the Mainstay platform for assigned partners, ensuring alignment with partner goals and use cases
  • Track and report on partnership performance using data and metrics to identify improvement areas for partners and internal stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations and discussions to expand or renew partnership agreements that align with the organization's goals
  • Maintain accurate partner data and records in Mainstay's systems
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to define short and long-term strategies supporting partnerships
  • Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve partnership experiences and enhance satisfaction
  • Support contracting and business reviews for assigned strategic partnerships

What You’ll Have

  • 3+ years experience of relationship management

  • Communication and negotiation: Effectively convey value propositions, address concerns, and negotiate agreements
  • Upselling and revenue growth: Recognize opportunities for upselling within existing partner relationships

The minimum pay for this role is between $60,000 - $65,000 depending on the level you’re hired at. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years & depth of experience, and some role dependent factors that can include certifications and software expertise. We also hope you’ll consider and be open to what else we provide outside of our base compensation.
