JOB OVERVIEW
The Associate Partner Manager supports Serve's merchant partnerships by helping merchants navigate day-to-day challenges, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting market growth efforts. This role serves as a key resource for merchant partners, conducting in-market visits, assisting with new location launches, and helping ensure a positive partner experience. The Associate Partner Manager will also support robot demonstrations, local activations, and other initiatives that help expand Serve's presence within the market.
JOB DUTIES
Serve as a day-to-day resource for merchant partners, helping address questions, operational issues, and escalations while ensuring a positive partner experience.
Conduct merchant visits, support onboarding efforts, and assist with new location launches to help partners successfully adopt and operate within the Serve ecosystem.
Gather merchant feedback, identify recurring challenges and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Support robot demonstrations, local activations, market expansion initiatives, and other projects that help grow Serve's merchant footprint within the market.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations, ideally within technology, food service, or delivery ecosystems.
Demonstrated track record of field sales cycles and objection handling skills
Familiarity with tablet and Point-of-sale hardware systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Experience using CRM systems and basic data analysis tools to manage performance and reporting.
Willing to travel up to 50-60% within the LA / surrounding market areas
