Key Role & Responsibilities:
To manage and to undertake Valuation instructions (including calculations and reports) to the standards expected by Cushman & Wakefield and in line with the requirements of relevant professional bodies such as the RICS
To coordinate large scale portfolio valuations and manage project teams of valuers
To liaise with Clients to ensure the smooth running of valuation mandates
To deliver reports in a timely manner, to Clients expectations
To keep pace with changes in legislation and the property market
To liaise with other Cushman & Wakefield skill lines: Research, Agency, Asset Services, etc.
To network with peers, Clients, potential Clients and market players to assist in the development of the business
To have a driving licence and occasionally travel (including overnight stays) within and outside Hungary
To assist in the procurement in business including pitches and presentations
Your Profile:
10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Valuation
Fluent in both Hungarian and English, written and spoken — additional languages are a plus
Valuation qualification is a strong advantage
Proactive and goal-oriented with good communication skills
Commercial awareness and ability to achieve targets
Able to deal with Clients on a day-to-day basis and respond to their requests as appropriate
Determination and perseverance
Team player, accurate, hard working
Excellent IT skills (especially MS excel), other IT experience is a plus
