As the Associate Partner Events Manager, you will assist in the planning and execution of key events, activations, and partnerships for the organization. You will ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and event objectives are met.

About the role

  • Assist in conceptualizing, planning and executing events/activations from start to finish
  • Work with internal teams and outside vendors to execute on events
  • Track event timelines
  • Review and filter incoming sponsorship and donation requests
  • Maintain and track event budgets ensuring all contracting, invoicing and payments are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends and share resources with the team
  • Assist with the tracking and documentation of partnership metrics

About you

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in event planning or sponsorship activation
  • Strong attention to detail and level of organization
  • Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to think creatively to introduce new ideas for events and activations
  • Skilled problem-solver
  • Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to achieve results
  • Capable of working on several projects at once
  • Ability to work within a budget and often within tight timelines
  • Physical Requirements: This role involves hands-on support for onsite event execution, including tradeshow booth setup and breakdown, managing event logistics, and coordinating materials. Responsibilities may include moving and transporting booth crates, assembling booth components, and other physical tasks required to ensure successful event operations. Candidates should be comfortable performing moderate physical labor as part of event setup and teardown
  • Travel Requirements: This role requires frequent travel (approximately 50% of the time) to support onsite execution of partner events, conferences, and tradeshows. Travel may include evenings and weekends based on event schedules. The Associate Partner Event Manager will be expected to attend and manage events in person, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Sponsorship Activation, Communications or related field
