You will:
- Lead digital projects and provide fact-based recommendations to clients;
- Build and maintain long lasting client relationships;
- Coach team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects;
- Simultaneously lead several teams of consultants in project delivery and client relationship management;
- Build digital service lines within Civitta;
- Actively participate in company management and development both locally and internationally.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working with creative and digital product delivery;
- A track record of leading projects through all stages — from analysis and ideation to final delivery;
- Professional level of Estonian and English language;
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to development of the company;
- Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
