About the Role

As an Associate, Ordering on our Stock Ordering team, you will be issuing purchase orders and managing the purchase fulfillment process. This position offers the opportunity to build skillset and develop process management and communication skills that can lead to other opportunities within the business. The Order Associate is a subject matter expert in the fulfillment process of the stock ordering process.

What You’ll Do

  • Issue purchase orders

  • Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing

  • Manage receipt of Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) from dealers to ensure timely initiation of Initial Title & Registration process

  • Communicate with dealers for post payment activities

  • Request MSO

  • Confirm delivery

  • Validate payment details

  • Complete new dealer set up

  • Gather required documents, including W9 and ACH banking information

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1 to 2 years business experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Solutions focused with strong relationship building and influencing skills

  • An effective problem solver with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred

  • Automotive/Fleet Industry experience preferred

Location: Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,350 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
