About the Orange Movement

Launched in 2022, the Orange Movement™ is a global initiative led by IIX Global to integrate gender equality and climate action into financial markets. At its core are Orange Bonds™ — the world's first gender-lens and climate-focused asset class — designed to.

  • Mobilize US$15 billion in capital markets by 2030
  • Positively impact 150 million women, girls, and gender minorities
  • Position women and gender minorities as leaders in climate resilience and adaptation

The Orange Movement advances this vision through capital mobilization, policy reform, global partnerships, training, and advocacy. With US$2 billion already mobilized and a new US$1 billion Orange Climate Fund anchoring a US$10 billion cooperation agreement with the Government of Indonesia, the Movement is entering a pivotal scale-up phase — with an active co-funder base, formalized governance infrastructure, and the Orange Forum as its flagship annual convening. IIX seeks a Senior Director who can build the Movement into an institution with the financial strength, governance maturity, and operating capability to stand on its own for the long termLaunched in 2022, the Orange Movement™ is a global initiative led by IIX Global to integrate gender equality and climate action into financial markets. • Maintain governance records and follow up on decisions and deliverables
    Revenue & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain the Movement's monthly budget and revenue dashboard with IIX Finance
  • Track pipeline, membership revenue, renewals, and funding against targets

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare member, funder, and leadership reports
  • Compile impact data and member insights for reports and proposals
  • Provide research support for pitches and membership proposals

Events & Convenings

  • Support logistics for Orange Movement convenings, roundtables, and member events
  • Coordinate speakers, invitations, and post-event follow-up

    What We Do

Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) bridges the gap between finance and development. IIX is a core member of the International Capital Markets Association, a strategic member of IMP Impact Measurement and Management Practice, and a part of the BAPPENAS Advisory Committee on Blue Finance. We are also proud to be affiliated with the World Economic Forum Social Enterprise Alliance, UNICEF Child Bond Working Group, the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) and the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN). As a pioneer of impact investing, we build pathways to connect the Wall Streets of the world with the backstreets of underserved communities by measuring and unlocking investment capital. We achieve sustainable development and equitable growth through working with investors, entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners to raise capital, empowering stakeholders with rigorous advice/research for sound actions, and pushing the impact investing space from the margins to the mainstream. Our activities focus on three key pillars that we believe are crucial to creating a better world: promoting gender equality, driving climate action and building vibrant, resilient communities. With our work we aim to impact 100 million lives by 2025. IIX is based in Singapore and operates globally
