About the role...
As a "Data Entry Operator I" at Iron Mountain, your primary responsibility will be to input, update,
and maintain accurate information in databases or systems, ensuring data integrity and
organization. You will focus on high-quality data entry of metadata from legacy records.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in meeting daily data entry targets in English using MS Excel
or custom software, whether at customer sites or Iron Mountain facilities.
Qualifications...
● Experience level: 1 to 2 year.
● Flexibility to work six days a week, covering morning, day, night, and afternoon shifts, with a
minimum of 8.5 hours per day. A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute is required.
● Ability to read and understand English from both printed and handwritten content.
● Proficiency in basic computer and laptop handling skills, including knowledge of MS Excel, MS
Word, and the Windows calculator.
● Demonstrated attentiveness, willingness to learn, focus on quality and targets, and responsibility
towards assigned duties.
● Effective communication skills, including basic email handling proficiency.
● Strong teamwork abilities.
● Prior knowledge of data entry is advantageous.
● Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate degree.
