SUMMARY:
The Associate Operations position is responsible for learning all aspects of Live Operations by working with the Team to learn how to promote a safe working environment and produce a quality product in a timely manner. Responsibilities include observing and learning Breeders, Broilers, Hatchery and Feed Mill. Help management whenever called upon and perform any other duties as the need arises. Willing to work a flexible schedule which may require working nights.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Experience is not required.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Travel: Travel is not required.
Position Reports To: Plant Manager.
Shift: This is a 1st shift position (flexible schedule may be required)
Location: This is an onsite position at the Franklin, KY facility.
