Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Operations team at Merkle. This part-time role is perfect for a student who wants hands-on experience in how a leading digital agency runs its internal operations.
You’ll support the team in planning employees across departments, maintaining high data quality in our systems, and reporting on productivity and profitability to ensure smooth delivery across our business. You’ll gain valuable experience in agency operations, project support, and data quality maintenance—while contributing to real business outcomes.
Key tasks
Support ongoing Staffing and Planning:
Assist in maintaining and updating project and resource plans
Help coordinate availability and assignments across departments
Ensure Data Quality:
Conduct checks to ensure data accuracy across operational systems
Support cleanup tasks and help document key processes
Operational Reporting:
Contribute to productivity and profitability analysis across teams
Assist in preparing operational reports and summaries for internal use
General Operations Support:
Collaborate with the PMO and Commercial Operations team on ad hoc tasks
Learn and work in tools like Workbook, Workfront, Excel
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, Economics, Communication, or similar) minimum 1 year left
Strong attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data
Fluent in Danish and Comfortable in English
Available to work 15–20 hours per week
