- Manage daily installation scheduling and partner allocation.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm site readiness and installation timelines.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure SLA adherence.
- Handle installation-related customer and partner escalations.
- Support onboarding and performance management of Authorized Service Partners.
- Work with Zonal Heads to understand installation demand and manpower requirements.
- Track installation metrics and maintain operational dashboards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance installation efficiency and customer experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in field operations, service delivery, installation coordination, or vendor management.
