We are searching for the best talent for Associate Operations Support Specialist to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina.
For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.
As a Associate Operations Support Specialist, you will:
Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA
Collaborate with the other Department Leader to provide a quick support to the organization to evaluate the impact, solve the issues, detail them accurately and identify the appropriate corrective actions
Challenge the status quo through the increasingly in-depth use of all the data collected by the available systems in order to make holistic analyzes during the investigations that help to have an end-to-end understanding of the shop-floor issues.
Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.
Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations.
University Degree - Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent)
Previous working experience in a pharmaceutical production plant
Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.
Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point
Proficiency in English is required
Knowledge of SAP, Process Monitoring software is considered preferred requirement
Usage of Minitab, PI-Processbook, Power BI is considered a nice to have requirement
