In this role, you will:
- Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
- Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
- Collect data and prepare related operational reports
- Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
- Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
- Coordinate projects
- Furnish information to authorized persons
- Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
- 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge of Cash Vault operations and controls
- Hands-on experience with cash handling and cash vault processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications and use search tools to locate information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to mitigate risk
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and resolve issues efficiently
- 10-key and high-volume numeric data entry experience
- Ability to actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and gather complete information
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and reports
- Ability to meet high production and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team; comfortable multitasking
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the site in answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Support miscellaneous tasks (i.e. Keying iCOM, C-Star/Service View cases, Outgoing Manifest, Manual Orders, EPS, Counterfeits, Equipment management, Supply Ordering)
- Training: 90 days (on-the-job)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (or until work is complete); flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours or more)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform pulling and lifting tasks as required
