In this role, you will:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
- Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
- File, photocopy, and review documents
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
- 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Working knowledge of Document Capture, File Management policies and procedures
- Review programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal operations, policies, procedures
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain quality and productivity standards of the department
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Identify and communicate risks and problem areas.
- Perform reporting functions as required
- Ability to communicate with other employees to solve problems
- Ability to communicate with upper-level management
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift 20 to 40 lbs.
- Onsite every day, Monday-Friday.
