In this role, you will:
- Receive, verify, and process customer cash and coin transactions in a secure vault environment.
- Count, balance, and reconcile currency and coin transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and operational documentation.
- Follow established procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Research and resolve transaction discrepancies to ensure operational integrity.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and service level expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient cash vault operations.
- Safeguard customer assets through adherence to security and cash-handling protocols.
- Provide quality support to internal and external customers.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, production-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in cash handling ( large amounts)
- Cash vault operations including currency processing experience
- Experience working in a production-driven environment with established productivity and quality expectations
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in response to changing business needs.
- Consumer regulatory risk management experience

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM EST
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs./Cash vault/Lifting and pulling
