The successful Associate Operations Processor will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately - In this role, you will:
- Support Operations in completing complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
- Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
- Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications: - 6+ Months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - Experience in wire services
- Production/operations experience
- QC/QA experience
- Working knowledge of GSMOS, Fircosoft
- MS Office skills and experience including Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) compliance
- Ability to work with limited supervision
Job Expectations: - Must be able to attend full duration of required training period (3 weeks M-F 8AM-5PM)
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Must work on-site at the location posted with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum three days per week in-office
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm (hybrid)

Skills Required
- At least 6 months of operations support experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience in wire services
- Production or operations experience
- Quality control or quality assurance experience
- Working knowledge of GSMOS and Fircosoft
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Office of Foreign Asset Control compliance

- Ability to attend the full three-week training period, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
