Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Undeliverable Mail within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
- 100% on-site at stated location
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position
- Shift is assigned, and subject to change, based on business needs and may include overtime, weekends, or holidays
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and systems while utilizing research tools effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks including working under pressure in a dynamically complex environment while achieving high production and quality standards
- Adaptable and flexible in both individual and team settings across all organizational levels
- Creative and proactive problem-solver, independently addressing enterprise needs with innovative solutions
- Proficient collaboration and communication skills, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions, across all organizational levels
- Proficient organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy including managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Proficient data entry skills including 10-key
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
- Proficient experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as: Brokerage Electronic Transaction Automation (BETA), Hogan, Productivity Tracking System (PTS), SmartStation, and Universal Workstation
- Wells Fargo Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) processes experience
- Wells Fargo Undeliverable Mail processing processes and procedures experience
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work 100% on-site at stated location on the job opening
