Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Operations Manager to join our Wholesure Life and Health division. This role will support the operations team in ensuring seamless processes, effective project management, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist in the management of day-to-day operations for the Wholesure Life and Health division.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Project Management: Support and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational reports and updates to senior management.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency: 

  • Familiarity with insurance software and business operating technology platforms (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.).
