While no two days are the same, you will triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to Shipt leadership and/or Target partners on-site. You will have an opportunity to support new processes, product launches, and pilot tests while continuously promoting a safe working environment at the Sortation Center. Additionally, you will monitor delivery performance and operational results to drive healthy operational and financial results. As needed, you will partner with leaders to develop countermeasures for defects within the market.
2+ years of operations, customer service, or related experience.
Experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
Proficient with technology, including smartphones, app-store, and Google Suite.
Strong data-driven leadership skills and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to maintain a flexible working schedule.
Pay Range: $52,900 - $65, 000
