Job Purpose:
This
role supports US-based entity compliance and filing processes,
delivered through the India Shared Services Center. This role
involves data entry, document management, and some form of
client correspondence, ensuring high-quality service delivery
and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Entity Filing
and Processing:
● Prepare and process
US Secretary of State and regulatory filings in coordination
with onshore teams..
● Ensure accurate and
timely processing of all entity documents.
● Perform data entry
and maintain organized records of all filings.
Client Interaction:
● Email
clients the documents they request and respond to their
inquiries in a timely manner.
● Communicate with
clients using email etiquette
Administrative Support:
● Assist with various
administrative tasks to support the Entity Processing team.
● Maintain accurate
and organized records of client interactions and document filings.
Compliance and Documentation:
● Ensure compliance
with federal, state, and local regulations governing entity filings.
● Draft, review, and
manage documents related to entity processing.
● Conduct regular
audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
Process Improvement:
● Identify
opportunities for improving administrative processes and suggest enhancements.
● Implement best
practices and standard operating procedures to enhance team performance.
● Lead
initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality
within the team.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
· 1–3
years; B.Com / BBA / BA (Legal) / Company Secretariat Inter (ideal)
· Excellent computer
skills - proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or
similar CRM), and Google Suite of applications.
· Excellent written communication is required.
· Outstanding organizational skills.
· Ability to liaise
with different departments when needed.
Skills Required
