The Associate, Finance Operations Analytics will serve as a trusted analytical support partner to the Integrated Services team. This role is instrumental in delivering actionable insights that enhance operational performance and drive strategic decision-making. By leveraging data and analytics, the Associate will help build a scalable, intuitive, and high-impact operations platform that supports Link’s Asset Management teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze operational performance data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing financial and operational information through recurring and ad hoc reports and presenting thematic summaries to management
- Communicate results and conclusions of analyses through Excel tables, PowerPoint charts, PowerBI dashboards, and brief write-ups
- Prepare visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions
- Serve as liaison with Link’s Operations, Technology, and Finance teams, partnering with them in the build-out of dashboard and analytical platforms
- Create presentations for Senior Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in finance and analytics is a must
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Passion for internal customer service, analytics and reporting
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, collaborate with a broad range of colleagues, and implement efficient processes
