JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for performing data analysis to identify service opportunities within the DSO segment and to help identify efficiencies through quarterly, monthly or weekly reporting for customers. Administer reporting on demand for the sales force, management or Field Service Operations team. Work with HUB to improve customer service related to scheduling and automating customer programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aggregate and consolidate service revenue, service details, from multiple systems into finished reporting products on key equipment service statistics.
- Respond to field requests to produce customer level reports on Field Service KPI’s for Field Management Reviews with DSO customers.
- Work closely with FSOMs to improve customer programs, track strategic projects and improve Customer experience.
- Complete monthly and quarterly customer service reporting; provide first level trend review.
- Identify potential opportunities for improvement to potentially increase productivity revenue and customer service benefits.
- Assist with DSO service revenue and program tracking.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong Analytical and communication skills
- Use of Microsoft Office suite including MS Access
- Advanced level use and experience with Excel
- Knowledge of PowerBI
GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
- Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
- Basic analysis and problem solving skills
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
SALARY RANGE:
The posted range for this position is $46,000 - $63,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
