What You Can Expect
Provide support to investigate and resolve high-priority functional incidents in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and integrated systems (Coupa, Concur, OneSource) to minimize business disruption.

Ensure the stability and performance of critical financial closing processes, including Material Ledger runs, cost allocations, and financial reporting cycles.
Participate in root-cause analysis for recurring issues to identify underlying problems, implementing permanent functional fixes to reduce ticket volume and technical debt.
Support a global network of Finance Super Users, equipping them to handle first-level inquiries and advocate for standardized best practices.
Maintain regression testing documentation to ensure system integrity during upgrades, patches, and enhancement deployments.
Partner with the Delivery pillar during "hypercare" periods to ensure a seamless transition of new functionality into the long-term support model.

What Makes You Unique
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related technical/financial discipline.
Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident and Request Management).
SAP Functional Certifications in FICO or related modules.
