Position Summary:Job Summary: The Associate Onboarding Manager (CSM I) is a customer-facing role that supports our OSO (Ongoing Supplier Onboarding) customer base by executing supplier onboarding activities for a portfolio of buying organizations. This role partners with the Customer Success Manager/Executive and Account Director to keep suppliers moving through onboarding, engages directly with buying organizations to resolve status inquiries and submission errors, and builds toward account-level ownership of onboarding strategy over time.Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for buying organizations on supplier onboarding status and inquiries
- Execute supplier onboarding activities that drive supplier readiness and buying organization satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues as they arise
- Participate in weekly status and escalation calls with buying organizations
- Send weekly onboarding status reports to assigned accounts
- Update supplier statuses in Community to keep records accurate
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly collaborative with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Proven ability to engage cross-functionally
- Solution-oriented thinker with the ability to execute on ideas
- Previous client or customer-facing experience
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Some experience with data analysis to identify onboarding trends where action is needed
Location:
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our MSP office.

The hourly pay range for this role is: $50,100.00 - $75,200.00. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
