In today’s world, shopping has become even more seamless and connected due to the acceleration of digital as well as retailer media networks. For brands, this presents both opportunities and challenges to ensure messaging and brand experiences are communicated throughout the path to purchase in ways that are compelling and breakthrough the clutter with the consumer. The role of the Associate Omnichannel Marketing Manager is to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, with support from the Omnichannel Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in omnichannel marketing, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. 

What are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree  

  • 1-2+ years of experience in CPG Shopper and/or Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Agency Experience  

  • Experience and comfort with analytical reporting & optimization  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Nielsen, SkiLift experience preferred  

  • Basic understanding of Marketing mix (Consumer Promotion, Shopper, Advertising, etc.) as well as the retail environment  

  • Understanding of Retailer environment preferred 

 

What will be your key responsibilities? 

  • Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams and agency partners through partnership, trust, commitment, integrity, and business maturity 

  • Driven for Results: Contributes to the delivery of high-quality program execution by driving timelines, budget, and process to completion 

  • Program execution: Assist with shopper executions including brief-writing, copy review (SCRB), and delivery of assets to vendors 

  • Budget Management: Manages financial needs for programs, including budget oversight, budget tool inputs, process requests (POs, invoices, deductions, year-end accruals, etc.) and manage the coupon process 

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead end-to-end shopper marketing efforts for smaller customers, with coaching / support from Line Manager. Interacts with customers on Shopper activations, including planning, briefing and recaps/optimizations. 

  • Develop and Implement Omnichannel Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that integrate digital, social, email, retail, mobile, and other relevant channels to maximize customer engagement and conversion. 

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze customer behaviors and preferences to create personalized and consistent experiences across all channels for consumers. 

  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to optimize ROI. Monitor consumption and business performance; inform forecasting assumptions. Deliver actionable insights through market analysis, segmentation, and post-launch evaluations to optimize effectiveness and ROI. 

  • Compliance and Brand Standards: Ensure all marketing activities comply with organizational policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Trend & Market Sensing: Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities and respond proactively.  

  • Shopper Marketing & Business support: o Lead 2-3 special projects on key strategic pillars that add long-term value to the Shopper & CP team o Assist with ad-hoc requests from Omnichannel Marketing Manager / Team Director o Assist with execution, tracking & reporting of test & learns

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 81,944.00 - USD 112,669.00
