What You’ll Do 

The Network Operations Associate will support standardizing and scaling operations across Strive's markets. This individual will focus on external provider partnerships, program development, and ongoing market operations. The Network Operations Associate will create and implement strategies across markets, ensuring a consistent Strive experience for our partners and clinicians. The Associate will work closely with central operations, clinical leadership, and market leadership. This role will report to Manager, Network Operations.

The Day to Day

  • Supports day-to-day operations of the Network Operations team.
  • Support provider partnerships through creative engagement strategies that build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Works closely with the Strive Market Operations Lead and Clinical Market Lead across markets to ensure execution of the market network strategy.
  • Works with provider partners to meet their unique requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement of provider performance by analyzing, interpreting, and communicating utilization and quality metrics. 
  • Provides input to strategy for clinical integration with key provider partners in each market, including the build out of collaborative clinical workflows when needed.
  • Partners with market leadership to develop consistently high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Contributes to strategies and project plans for network operations-specific initiatives, including clinician workflows.
  • Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to support provider performance and resolve barriers and challenges.   

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare-related field.
  • 1+ years experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or similar field.
  • 1+ years experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in healthcare with provider experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing clinical protocols and workflows.
  • Experience working with virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data to drive performance and outcomes.
  • Ability to teach, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, customer service, relationship development, results orientation, team building and decision-making. 

Annual Salary Range: $66,000 - $77,000
