The Job:  
As an Associate National Account Manager, you’ll be part of our E-Commerce team working as a remote employee. Reporting into the Sr. Project & Operations Manager this role will work closely with our National Account Managers on Amazon and Marketplaces business. The position will assist with current and long-term sales growth plans, forecasting, marketing, promotions, and supply chain. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Identify and execute cross-sell/merchandising enhancement opportunities on customer PDPs
  • Review online messaging and tactics to ensure they comply with overall channel and brand strategy. Making recommendations on improvements for a better online shopper experience.
  • Execute the creation of new PDPs and optimizing existing catalog with ecommerce-forward content including product descriptions, images, videos, bullet points, and technical documents.
  • Own and execute updates/changes/additions to customer brand store pages
  • Work in collaboration with the Sales Directors and National Account Managers to achieve team targets and execute product launches and training.
  • Plan, prepare, and present product line review presentations & quotes with the customer’s merchants for new product listings.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve various customer needs and asks.
  • Assist with all stages of the sales cycle which includes listings, presentations, execution, forecasting, POS projections/reviews, promotional planning, and billing estimates
  • Create and communicate performance and key metric scorecards. Generate accurate forecasts on a monthly basis and provide meaningful insights on customer and market performance to increase sales and share
  • Work with cross-functional partners including SBD Operations, Channel, Product, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Licensing, and other Commercial Teams to maximize growth and revenue within the channel
  • Continuously evolve and understand the online competitive landscape in order to secure target channel position

The Person:

BS in Marketing, Business, Sales, eCommerce, Digital, or related experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • 1-2 years of content/merchandising experience a PLUS
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets
  • Well-developed analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving with creative outcomes
  • Ability to expand skills and take on additional responsibility in the near future
  • Assertive, organized and strong follow-through
