We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate - Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a design generalist who can work across digital, product, and marketing projects, with hands-on expertise in AI-based design tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design marketing assets such as ebooks, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, and social media creatives.
- Create compelling UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for product and web projects.
- Leverage AI design tools to accelerate creative workflows and enhance design output.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while ensuring design quality and originality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, tech) to translate requirements into visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora or similar).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Nice To Have:
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and print collaterals
- Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS)
- Prior experience in tech/startup environments
