Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service to customers while learning the bank's products, services, and customer service standards through on-the-job training.
- Conduct customer interviews and gather financial information for loan applications. Analyze information and make recommendations under the guidance of experienced lending staff.
- Assist with preparing loan requests and explaining available lending options to customers. Support the loan process while learning loan structure, pricing, and underwriting requirements.
- Provide customers with general information regarding financial products and services while developing knowledge of lending and personal finance concepts through training.
- Participate in community and networking events, with guidance from management, to increase the bank's visibility and support business development efforts.
- Maintain a professional image and uphold the public reputation of the bank by adhering to company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Complete required training and professional development activities to build knowledge of mortgage lending, regulatory requirements, and bank products.

Required Qualifications:
