WHO WE ARE

We're a media agency built for brands that value intention.

At Attention Arc, we combine deliberate media craft with technology designed to amplify it. We build trusted partnerships so every decision stays aligned with what matters most. Media doesn't fail because of technology. It fails when intention is missing.

That's why we exist.

To restore intention to media.

At 160 people across four offices in Phoenix, Durham, Irvington, and New York City, we occupy a deliberate sweet spot: big enough to handle major brands and complex business, nimble enough to move quickly, make smart decisions, and deliver measurable impact. No unnecessary layers. No slow-moving bureaucracy. Just experienced people, thoughtful strategy, fast execution, and technology built to help every decision become a better one.

Our culture is shaped by our values:

We value different lived experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking because they make our work stronger and our decisions smarter. We intentionally create space for every voice to shape our work, challenge assumptions, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

We're committed to building an agency where everyone has a genuine seat at the table and is trusted to step in, take ownership, and make an impact. We foster collaboration, encourage curiosity, and invest in people's growth because we believe media starts and ends with people.

When people feel heard, respected, and empowered to contribute, we restore intention to the work we do and move forward together.

What We Do

We’re a modern media agency built for brands that need every dollar to work harder. Attention Arc brings together the strengths of McKinney Media and LWD, united by a shared belief: every moment is an opportunity. Even this one. We use media (words in this case) intentionally and effectively to attract the right audiences, resonate with them, and convert awareness into action. It’s as simple—and as difficult—as that. Like many media agencies, we have the tools, clients, and talent you’d expect. What sets us apart is how we make it matter, with deeper audience insight, full-funnel thinking, and performance-driven execution that turns strategy into results. We blend creativity and analytics to deliver smarter targeting, sharper attribution, and more effective campaigns. Our proprietary tools work alongside industry standards to connect media decisions directly to business outcomes. We believe there’s an arc for every challenge. It’s the path from awareness to action, and how we move through it makes all the difference. We bring passion, expertise, and intention to guide that journey. And we find it fun, challenging, thought-provoking, and deeply rewarding. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about us. Whether you’re a prospective client, future team member, or media partner ready to push past the status quo. If anything here sparked your curiosity, let’s keep the conversation going.
