Primary Purpose
You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and have the opportunity to work with SEA marketing team to support the rollout of Omni channel marketing activities including Media & CRM. Your responsibilities will extend to planning and influencing SEA digital media strategy to grow digital presence in the region. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to the development of CRM strategies aimed at recruiting new customers, maximizing our brand's reach and impact in the SEA region.
As the Regional Media & Customer Analytics Associate for the SEA International region, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating robust partnerships and effective communication with distributors in the SEA region, ensuring alignment with the brands' vision and fostering strong relationships by providing detailed explanations of global guidelines and actively integrating country feedback.
  • Translating Global marketing strategies into comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans for each market, maximizing sales and enhancing brand building by supporting and influencing:
  • Media Planning
    • Adapting global briefs for each country and identifying new opportunities to develop visibility and desirability through suitable local media communication plans
    • Collaborating with regional partners on digital media strategy and planning in terms of targeting, optimization, tracking, and reporting against business and brand objectives
      • Working with digital agencies/vendors to optimize SEA regional media plan across the funnel and share cross-market best practices& learnings.
      • Monitoring and reviewing quantitative and qualitative results of each campaign and providing recommendations for future optimization.
      • Staying updated on industry best practices, emerging trends and new platforms (all media) in regional markets to ensure brand remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Customer Recruitment & Retention Strategies
      • Harmonizing and defining key customer metrics across SEA regional markets to ensure consistency.
      • Deep diving into and analyzing new consumer shopping behaviour across markets and brands to provide customized solutions in regional markets.
      • Evaluating existing Tapestry brands VIP programs and and proposing ideas to fine-tune proposed by leveraging on omni-channel insights from the market.
      • Conducting competitive analysis and market research on new consumer trends and loyalty program mechanics to understand and enhance local VIP program for Tapestry brands.
  • Collaborating with key cross-functional partners within Tapestry, including On/off-line Creative Services, E-commerce, Digital & Social Marketing, CRM, Account Management and Brand Marketing to execute cohesive digital & CRM marketing tools for regional business growth.


We are particularly interested in candidates who are/have

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and media buys.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation to drive market research and quantify customer segments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and markets in the SEA region
  • Highly curious and proactive in learning about the industry and marketing best practices
  • Team player and has effective project management skills to manage multiple markets.
  • Candidate with media agency and retail background with 2 - 3 years' experience in Data Analytics/ CRM would be a plus.
  • Business degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
