The Role

Associate: FFO Central
Function : FFO

Roles and Responsibilities:
Cross-Listing & Selection Management: Ensure parity of business selection for cross-listings
across various channels. Maintain the correct level of detail for each selection and ensure all
additional information, such as pricing, TD (Terms and Conditions), and inventory levels, are
consistently updated and accurate.
Onboarding & Selection Listing Process: Understand and manage the onboarding process for
multiple channels, ensuring smooth integration and optimal listing of selections.
Sales Ownership & Margin Delivery: Take full ownership and accountability for sales targets
and margin delivery. Drive growth in sales month-over-month, ensuring all targets are met or
exceeded.
Single Point of Contact (POC): Act as the central POC across categories, streamlining processes
to ensure maximum efficiency. Be the go-to person for any issues, ensuring timely resolution
and alignment with business objectives.
Parallel Workstreams Management: Lead parallel workstreams, handling both tactical and
strategic priorities that arise within the team. Maintain focus and deliver on multiple fronts
simultaneously.
Business Analysis & Strategic Support: Develop a deep understanding of key business drivers,
analyzing financial metrics and providing value-added insights. Collaborate with teams such as
Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Planning, and Sales to provide data or planning
support.
Sales Plan Development & Execution: Design and execute detailed sales plan models,
establishing daily run rates to ensure alignment with overall sales goals.
Forecasting & Sales Planning: Support in preparing Annual Operating Plans (AOP), quarterly,
and monthly sales forecasts for assigned areas. Track progress and adjust forecasts as needed.
Operational Improvement & Cost Analysis: Identify opportunities for operational
improvements through data analysis. Conduct deep dives into cost structures and identify
business opportunities to optimize margins and reduce inefficiencies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Keep a close tab on sales growth and margin numbers,
flagging any deviations from planned targets. Ensure month-end closing numbers are accurate
and reviewed promptly.
Management Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior
management reviews, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Ad Hoc Requests & Decision Support: Handle complex ad hoc requests with a short turnaround
time, providing comprehensive analysis and commentary to support informed decision-making.
Process Standardization & Automation: Lead or participate in process standardization and
automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual work

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in sales-focused roles, preferably in project-based or cross-
functional environments. Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and sales planning is a
must.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and improve
business processes. Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present
complex data to senior management. Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, PowerPoint Skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously,
with a track record of delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, margin management, and sales growth
strategies. Experience in managing sales targets and driving sales performance is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with various data analysis tools and systems. Familiarity with
sales planning software or platforms is a plus.
Collaboration & Leadership: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across
multiple departments. Leadership capabilities to drive initiatives and ensure successful
execution of sales plans.
Education: A degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or related field is preferred. Advanced
qualifications (MBA or equivalent) may be advantageous.
