Job Overview:
The Associate Marketing Specialist is responsible for utilizing existing Marketing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Marketing and Communications.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Carry out market research to identify trends within and beyond the industry, peer strategies and practices
- Develop branding concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertisements in collaboration with creative and communication team
- Leverage traditional and emerging marketing channels engage and influence our stakeholders and key audiences
- Analyze key performance indicators to determine the effectiveness of the company's marketing strategies and plans
- Establish innovative marketing strategies based on reliable data and make recommendations to management
- Build and maintain relationships with business line clients
- Define goals and objectives to attract customers through effective marketing platforms
- Execute the marketing initiatives to achieve the goals outlined
- Support inbound and outbound marketing campaigns by showcasing expertise in areas including event organizing, advertising, optimization, and copywriting
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (digital and traditional) or sales
- Work experience as a Marketing Assistant or Research Assistant in a corporate or agency environment
- Work experience in operating data analytics software and web analysis tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management software
- Knowledgeable with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs and web development language (HTML and CSS)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
