Meet the team:
We are looking for a Marketing Services Supervisor to spearhead our marketing projects, oversee branding and design efforts, and enhance our customer journey. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, strategic marketing expertise and a deep understanding of the medical device industry, particularly in the diabetes space.
Where you come in:
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Coordinate with various departments to execute marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives effectively.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives are executed thoroughly.
Provide recommendations to projects and input into Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Healthcare Professional (HCP) strategy to support marketing management as required
Creative Leadership:
Develop and implement branding strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision and values across all design outputs.
Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing templates, guidelines, and assets in line with the company’s branding
Team Leadership:
Enable and empower the marketing services team to think big, own outcomes and continue to grow in their own development
Enhance communication, engagement and upskilling across the marketing services team, including training on new tools and technologies to keep skills current and aligned with current trends.
Design Oversight:
Oversee the design team to ensure high-quality and impactful visual content aligned with product key messaging.
Provide guidance and feedback on design projects, ensuring they meet brand standards and project objectives.
Collaborate with external design agencies and freelancers as needed.
Take ownership of branding in ANZ and provide recommendations to ensure consistency with branding
Customer Journey Management:
Map and optimise the customer journey (HCP and DTC), with a focus on improving the email journey and overall customer experience.
Analyse customer touchpoints and implement strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Utilise data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in the customer journey.
Process Development:
Establish and refine efficient marketing and design processes and workflows to optimise marketing team productivity and ensure timely project delivery
What makes you successful:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or related field. A medical background is preferable.
You have minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in design and branding strategies as well as project management.
You have experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, diagnostics or diabetes (preferred)
You are an experienced marketer with a proven track record in executing marketing projects.
You have high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
You have experience managing a small team of designers
You have strong analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touchpoints across all channels and platforms
You are a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail
You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Events, Digital, Education, Sales) to optimise quality and impact of channel plans and campaigns
You have working knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand diabetes and healthcare markets and the ability to effectively interact with the sales team, external and internal customers.
You have learning agility. In particular for new digital technology to optimise customer understanding and improve customer engagement and journey
You are customer centric and have a strong interest in the medical devices industry
You have excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation and the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas
You have a strong ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
You have CRM or Marketing automation software experience, data updating, tracking (e.g. HubSpot or Marketing Cloud)
