As part of Regeneron’s International Oncology organisation and Italy Oncology Team, you will support brand marketing activities for currently commercialised indications and future launches. Working with cross-functional and cross-regional partners, you will help develop and execute the local country brand plan and deliver customer-focused marketing activities across Italy.

  • Support the local country brand planning process by analysing the competitive landscape and identifying key promotional opportunities.
  • Develop customer-focused, differentiated messages for key target audiences.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to create and agree an aligned brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities within the local country brand plan.
  • Analyse brand performance drivers and barriers, including market dynamics and competitive actions, and propose actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Develop and execute external stakeholder engagement plans, including national congresses and healthcare professional meetings.
  • Create local promotional materials aligned with local and global brand plans for use by the sales team and through digital channels.
  • You manage priorities effectively, act with initiative and creativity, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.

This role requires

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
  • At least three years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
  • Experience managing agencies and suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations relating to promotional activities.
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English, with strong planning, prioritisation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30–40%, including some weekends for conferences and meetings.

Oncology marketing and launch experience are preferred.
