This role focuses on executing, supporting and coordinating marketing programs for EMS software, including clinical documentation, QA/QI, billing, dispatch, analytics, and extended system-of-care solutions.
The Associate Marketing Manager works closely with EMS Software Marketing leadership, Marketing Communications, and Sales to develop marketing content, messaging, and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered effectively. This includes assisting in the development and maintenance of product guides, talking points, digital content, sales tools, and marketing collateral to support the EMS software portfolio.
Additionally, the Associate Marketing Manager serves as a knowledgeable resource on ZOLL’s EMS software offerings and competitive solutions, providing support to field teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions.
• Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content to enable the EMS software portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction.
• Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across ZOLL’s EMS hardware and software portfolios.
• Help collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use.
• Support training initiatives, including preparing materials and assisting with training sessions for internal stakeholders.
• Support trade shows and industry events for EMS software, including planning, coordination, and execution assistance.

Required / Preferred Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required
• 2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device or B2B marketing experience
• Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Results-oriented, with a focus on supporting adoption and growth of EMS software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus

      The annual salary for this position is:

      $72,000.00 to $102,200.00
