The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting global marketing communications. This role involves creating and maintaining marketing materials, organizing marketing townhalls, and supporting various communication initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Marketing Communications: Support global marketing communication strategies to promote our products and brand.

Content Creation: Draft and develop presentations with leaders, videos, newsletters, and other content for marketing townhalls, leadership updates, and internal communications.

Document Management: Maintain and organize marketing documents and materials using appropriate tools and systems.

Event Coordination: Plan and support marketing townhalls and information sessions, including gathering inputs, preparing content and agenda, coordinating speakers, and managing Q&A sessions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other functions to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, audio/video editing software).

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred:

Experience working within medical devices or healthcare or life sciences industry. Experience as Associate in a Consulting firm experience.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $72,000 - $90,000 USD.
