Job Description:

·        Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with therapeutic area and brand strategies to achieve sales growth and volume objectives.

·        Shape the therapeutic area strategy and priorities for SEA and India, engaging Health Decision Makers, KOLs, and Healthcare Providers.

·        Coach and develop commercial capabilities within the team to ensure consistent execution and positive business results.

·        Identify and coordinate resources, monitor operating expenses, and maintain key relationships to achieve growth and profitability targets.

·        Elevate commercial strategies to high-performance, outcomes-focused approaches while fostering diversity and inclusion.

·        Leverage next-generation analytics and market insights to inform strategic decisions.

·        Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with global and regional objectives.

·        Accountable for development and delivery of TA business and brand strategy, driving brand performance and patient outcomes.

·        Inspire, lead, and develop high-performing marketing teams in markets to embrace innovation, customer obsession, and compliance.

·        Coach teams to deliver compelling value propositions, segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns.

·        Evaluate marketing-team effectiveness to ensure optimal strategy, brand positioning, and resource allocation.

·        Drive execution of marketing strategies and lifecycle management for key TA assets, including launch readiness and optimization.

·        Develop multi-year launch playbooks covering commercialization, regulatory alignment and market access considerations to support launch readiness

·        Shape and influence commercial best practices and drive innovative initiatives for therapy-area brands.

·        Maintain deep understanding of external environment and customer needs to evolve engagement models.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.

·        Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Marketing Management within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry.

·        At least 5 years in Marketing Management or Commercial Excellence/Analytics function.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading teams strongly preferred.

·        Experience in Oncology or related therapeutic areas preferred.

·        Deep understanding of key stakeholders within SEAI region.

·        Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights and weekends as needed.

·        Collaborative communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

·        Expertise in market access strategies, go-to-market planning, and brand positioning.

·        Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

·        Experience in oncology or speciality portfolio management and product lifecycle strategies.

·        Ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable outcomes.

·        Cross Functional Leadership to support cluster TA Strategy and guide local TA commercialization plan with clear milestones, budgets, and ROI expectations.

·        Marketing capability development plan and evidence of completed trainings, playbooks, and toolkits.

·        Launch readiness milestones for TA assets transitioning from NPP; on-time launch execution.

·        Brand performance indicators: market share growth, revenue trajectory, and asset acceleration metrics.

·        Cross-functional alignment and governance artifacts (plans, reviews, dashboards).
