Billing & Commercial Governance
- Validate vendor invoices; reconcile against operational data before approval
- Identify discrepancies and ensure 100% commercial accuracy on all claims
- Coordinate with Finance for timely payments; maintain complete billing records
- Drive cost control and identify optimization opportunities across partner spend
SOP Compliance & Process Governance
- Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs across all vendors and field teams
- Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews; close deviations with accountability
- Build governance frameworks that scale with operational growth
Training & Capability Building
- Design and run onboarding and training programs for pickers, vendors, and field teams
- Ensure all field teams are trained on SOPs, safety, and customer handling standards
- Track training effectiveness; iterate based on operational impact and audit findings
Performance Management & Reporting
- Build and maintain scorecards for all vendors and workforce partners
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; drive corrective actions proactively
- Recommend rewards, penalties, and restructuring based on performance data
- Generate dashboards and insights for leadership to support planning decisions
