Job DescriptionAssociate Managers in this role get to:
- Build the company: Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels.
- Set the path to success: Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and/or new hires.
- Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
- Drive Sutherland forward: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency.
- Keep Sutherland grounded: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Take the lead: Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.

- Reliability in following through with commitments and responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
- Proficiency to work in MS Office.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Talent Acquisition and 2 years supervisory role.
- 3 years BPO recruitment experience (volume recruitment)
- also open for profiles without BPO experience but must have relevant experience in volume recruitment
Internal Qualifications:
- Must have FY25 PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
- Tenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DA
- willing to work onsite in Clark
Skills Required

- Tenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DA
- Willing to work onsite in Clark
