About the role:


We are looking for an Associate/ Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team. This team has the mission to support Aircall's strategic plan definition & execution, framing analytics & key processes and delivering critical strategic projects.


This role is specifically framed to report into the VP, Strategy & Operations, to support, frame and oversee the execution of the strategic plan of 2025+ and critical growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1/ Scope & lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: take complex projects (typically, with 5+ teams involved across Go-To-Market & Product/Engineering teams), break them down into manageable pieces, drive collection of business and systems requirements, write specifications, elaborate project schedules from design to release, clarify roles & responsibilities, and coordinate design/implementation efforts
  • 2/ Act as a cross-functional PMO to deliver projects with expected quality & in a timely manner. Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing customer and business needs versus technical constraints
  • 3/ Report progress, anticipate bottlenecks & provide escalation management, interacting with team members up to C-suite
  • 4/ Provide ad-hoc thought partnership to VP Strategy & Ops on key topics

Key Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or investment banking, overseeing large scale transformation projects, successfully managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing Go-To-Market oriented projects is a plus
  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done
  • You are able to interact at any level of the organization, from software development teams to CEO
  • You are able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You take ownership right from the get-go and don't wait to be asked to solution things.
