About the role

We are seeking an Associate Manager of Site Experience, bilingual in English and French or English and German, who understands website operations and has experience creating seamless online experiences to join our team. Reporting to our Vice President of eCommerce Operations, you will support the user experience on our website by managing multiple aspects of site content, promotions, and functionality.

Core Areas of Responsibility

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to website content, including product information, promotions, and other elements.
  • You will support the coordination and execution of digital campaigns, aligning with our overall site strategy and goals.
  • You will work with the US Site Experience Manager to implement and enhance site features and functionalities.
  • You will monitor and report on site analytics and user feedback, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • You will help manage the content calendar to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • You will coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure successful execution of site initiatives.
  • You will conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee a seamless and error-free user experience.
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to site experience.

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, or English and German.
  • You understand website operations, content management systems, and digital marketing principles.
  • You have 1+ years of experience using e-commerce CMS tools, with a preference for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
