The Role

Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manger for Sales Training and Strategy to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the KraftHeinz Away from home sales force, contributing to the optimizing of sales processes and standardized training for internal sales and external field partners. Strong communication skills, cross functional collaboration and a consultancy mindset are a must.
Through partnering with internal and external experts this role will create and lead best in class onboarding and ongoing training for our sales force. This role will also work on the overall selling strategy for various away from home channels and support with process management and scorecard metrics.
Primary Responsibilities
In supporting the entire sales organization, the Associate Manager, Sales Training and Strategy will focus on:

  • Prepare and organize organization wide sales onboarding and training.
  • Coordinate with third party agencies to create sales training content
  • Execute trainings nationwide for the Kraft Heinz and Broker Salesforce
  • Create, maintain, and launch internal and field sales Playbooks
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, sales, and supply to determine quarterly priorities
  • Create content for Quarterly Customer Newsletter
  • Manage field partner SharePoint site
  • This role is primarily project based and continues to evolve


Qualifications

  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
  • Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization with a consultancy mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Sales operations or support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills


Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a remote role with 50-60% travel or visits to external locations . Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations
Physical demands include but not limited to

  • Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed (50-60%)
  • Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

Base Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $106,800.00
Target Total Cash Range: $106,750.00 - $133,500.00
Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
