Summary
Reporting to the APAC Business Controls and Technical Accounting Senior Manager, the Associate Manager, Revenue COE plays a key role in building and operationalizing the APAC Revenue Center of Excellence (COE). This role will drive revenue process standardization, support technical accounting, and ensure consistent application of US GAAP and company policies across the region through strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Support the design and implementation of a scalable Revenue COE framework across APAC
- Partner with Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to assess revenue implications in sales arrangements and contracts
- Perform contract reviews and prepare technical accounting assessments in line with ASC 606 and internal policies
- Drive standardization of revenue processes, including contract review and financial compliance practices
- Strengthen contract compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to internal control requirements
- Support the implementation of automation tools to enhance efficiency, control, and audit readiness
- Develop and deliver training to improve stakeholder awareness of revenue accounting and financial risks
- Contribute to regional reporting by providing insights on key transactions and revenue trends
What You Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification from a recognized body (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, audit, or technical accounting within a complex organizational environment
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404 compliance requirements
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex accounting issues and translate them into practical solutions
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and contributes to knowledge sharing and capability building within teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading or contributing to project and process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to regional or cross-cultural working environments
- Ability to communicate technical accounting concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Skills Required
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified Accountant with a designation from a recognized accounting body
